3. Payment Terms

5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, we ask that clients:
- Site Access: Provide clear access to work areas during scheduled hours
- Utilities: Ensure availability of electricity and water as needed
- Permits: Provide access for inspection visits when required
- Communication: Respond promptly to requests for decisions or approvals
- Safety: Keep children and pets away from active work areas
- Property Protection: Remove or protect valuable/fragile items in work areas
- Payment: Make payments according to agreed schedule
- Changes: Communicate any desired changes promptly and in writing
6. Warranty and Guarantees
